Camosun took a 13-point lead to the locker room thanks to a 29-10 scoring edge in the second frame. The Blues adjusted in the third and got to within three with Harry Liu scoring seven of his 11 points on the night. The score remained close in the final frame with CJ Campbell drilling two from downtown and CapU tied the game multiple times but were never able to take the lead.
Chargers guard Madhu McConnell scored 10 of his 13 on the night in the fourth while Cormick Brown hit the final of his six threes coming off the bench to carry the visitors to victory.
Blues forward Sam Bailey had his best game of the season, packing the stat sheet with nine points, 12 rebounds, four blocks, and three assists while also swiping two steals.
On Friday, the Blues got double-digit scoring from four of their five starters on the way to a 90-75 victory over Camosun.

CapU made their mark early with a 27-11 lead after a first-quarter where Owen Cutler came of the bench to contribute all seven of his points on the night.
Camosun chipped away in the second quarter holding the Blues to just 12 points while they scored 19 to make it 39-30 at halftime. The visitors continued to hang around in the third quarter with Brown drilling three from downtown to make it an eight-point game going to the fourth quarter.
Tyrone Asenoguan saved his best for last for CapU as he scored nine of his 10 points including a dunk followed by a three on consecutive possessions to help the Blues seal the win.
In attendance were a group of students from CapU Residence supporting men's basketball student-athlete Marko Cosic. He made his season debut scoring 10 points.
The teams play again Saturday in a 3 p.m. start.
