Hometown: Vancouver, BC
Previous Schools: John Oliver Secondary School
Height: 5'3"
Position: Centre Midfield
Coach Kindel, "Alexis joins the Blues family and will bring much speed to the middle of the park. Her ability to cover ground and shut plays down will help secure the Blues defence. Her pace going forward will also help create many opportunities for our attacking line.”
King, “I am excited to have the opportunity of joining the Capilano University Blues Women’s soccer team in my 4th year of University. Coming from the Motion Picture Arts Program on campus, I’m ready to pursue both passions simultaneously, stepping out of the studios and onto the pitch with my new team.”
Ella Jennings
Hometown: Maple Ridge, BC
Previous Schools: Maple Ridge Secondary School
Height: 5'8"
Position: Centreback
Coach Kindel, “Ella will solidify and add much strength to the back line. Her ability in the air and in 1-on-1 defending will add another layer to the Blues defence.”

Jacqueline Reinhard

Position: Outside Fullback
Coach Kindel, “Jacqueline is a determined high-speed fullback with the ability to get past defenders and get to goal creating many chances for the Blues up front this season.”

Coach Kindel, “Jessica brings a ton of skill to the midfield. Her ability to pass on spot and set up breakaways for the forward line will be a key element this season. Her ability to strike at goal from anywhere will also add another layer to the Blues attack.”

Position: Outside Hitter
Coach Moreira, “Owen is a relentless competitor who wants what’s best for the team, this guy does not give up. His skills on the beach are going to be a huge asset to our training and competitive environment. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen him make a mistake because he always makes the smart play. He pushes his teammates to be better and is an absolute joy to coach, which is why we’re so grateful that he’s joining the Blues.”
Genge, "I decided to sign with Capilano University not only for their great volleyball program and team culture but for their excellent Kinesiology program as well. I’m more than excited to contribute to great team culture, continue playing the sport I love and begin my studies at Capilano’s School of Kinesiology. Go Blues! ”
Chris Towner
Hometown: Coquitlam, BC
Previous Schools: Centennial Secondary School
Height: 6'1"
Position: Outside Hitter
Coach Moreira, “Chris stands at 6’1 but plays more like 6’5. His ability to punch above his weight class on the court and his devotion in the classroom is the very essence of what it means to be a Blue. Chris is also a multisport athlete with a great work ethic in each of his many endeavours. His technical ability and character are going to make an immediate impact on our team.”
Towner, "I am thrilled to be able to begin studying and play volleyball at Capilano University. The highly-regarded engineering program, strong competitive environment, and team culture really piqued my interest.
