Title: Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Facilitator
Angad is a professional strength and conditioning coach that joined the Athletics and Recreation department in July of 2022 as the Fitness, Strength and Conditioning Facilitator.

Coach Angad’s career is geared towards collegiate strength and conditioning, but he also has a healthy background working privately with athletes in smaller groups. He has experience working with young aspiring athletes and professional athletes, but he specializes in working with collegiate athletes and has extensive experience with collegiate athletics.

Multani, “I started my journey at a young age, spending most of my adolescent and adult life immersed in sport and performance training. I first fell in love with the game of basketball and inevitably fell in love with the weight room. I struggled with sports-related injuries/surgeries throughout my entire athletic career. Those injuries ended my athletic aspirations early, but through that battle, I developed a massive appreciation for true strength and conditioning, putting a high premium on incorporating injury prevention strategies alongside direct performance training. If I had access to a proper strength and conditioning coach, I could have possibly stayed healthy. One of my main goals is to save every athlete I can from having their athletic career end in the same fashion as mine. There is no worse pain for an athlete to feel than having their sporting abilities ripped away from them. Furthermore, our mission as strength and conditioning coaches is to not only build better athletes but better people as well. This will always be at the forefront of my objectives.”
